Terms of Service

LeetCloak ("Company," "we," "us," "our") operates the LeetCloak macOS desktop application and provides related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your") and LeetCloak, governing your access to and use of the Services. You agree that by downloading, installing, registering for an account, or accessing the Services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS, THEN YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE.

1. Service Overview and License Terms

1.1 Description of Services

LeetCloak provides an AI-powered macOS desktop application that assists with coding interview preparation through stealth assistance. The Services include a premium subscription offering that provides 130 strategic generations per month. LeetCloak observes your screen to generate contextually relevant coding assistance, algorithmic insights, and problem-solving guidance, but does not control your computer or make decisions on your behalf. LeetCloak does not record or process audio from your device.

1.2 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions of these Terms, LeetCloak grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to download, install, and use the Services for your personal coding interview preparation on macOS devices only. Your right to use the Services is conditional upon your compliance with these Terms. You shall not modify, distribute, sell, lease, loan, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part thereof. The Services are licensed, not sold, to you.

1.3 System Requirements

The Services require macOS 11.0 or later and are compatible with both Apple Silicon and Intel Mac computers. The Services are exclusively available for macOS and are not supported on other operating systems.

2. User Accounts and Payment

2.1 Account Registration

You must create an account ("User Account") to access the Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account, including your password. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your User Account.

2.2 Payment Terms

Our service is priced at $29 USD per month. The subscription includes full access to LeetCloak software with 130 strategic generations per month, automatic updates and new features, and customer support. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your subscription and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider. If your subscription is subject to recurring charges, you consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval, until you cancel your subscription.

2.3 Generation Limits

Your subscription includes 130 strategic generations per month, which reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not carry over to subsequent billing periods. Additional generations are not available for purchase.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

3.1 Refund Policy

We offer a 48-hour refund policy for our software subscription ONLY in the condition that you are able to show video evidence that the software is not functioning properly on your computer. Concerns like detection by screen-sharing software, slowness in solution generation, or dissatisfaction with AI responses are not refundable.

To request a refund:

• Contact our customer service team via email at support@leetcloak.com within 48 hours of purchase
• Provide your purchase details, reason for refund, and video evidence of the software not working
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval

3.2 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period
• Unused generations are forfeited upon cancellation

4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

4.1 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use the Services in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• Use the Services to cheat on examinations, tests, or assignments that explicitly forbid the use of external assistance
• Use the Services on non-macOS operating systems
• Exceed the monthly generation limits through technical means

5. Legal Terms and Conditions

5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "WITH ALL FAULTS," AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, LEETCLOAK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LEETCLOAK, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

5.3 Arbitration Agreement

All claims and disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be settled by binding arbitration, except for disputes in which either party seeks equitable relief for the alleged unlawful use of copyrights, trademarks, trade names, logos, trade secrets, or patents. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes.

ALL CLAIMS AND DISPUTES MUST BE ARBITRATED OR LITIGATED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT ON A CLASS BASIS. ANY CLAIM OR DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS PERSONAL TO YOU AND LEETCLOAK AND WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY THROUGH INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION AND WILL NOT BE BROUGHT AS A CLASS ARBITRATION, CLASS ACTION, OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately, and any unused generations will be forfeited.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LeetCloak regarding the Services. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.
